Watch: Cornell college students maintain public listening to over rape case

Anger and concern about scholar security and rape tradition on campus was mentioned at a public listening to led by the Pupil Meeting of Cornell College.

The listening to was held in response to an investigation into the alleged rape of a lady at Cornell College in 2024. The girl, being known as Jane Doe, has filed a civil lawsuit in opposition to the college alleging she was drugged and raped at a fraternity home on campus.

Cornell has rejected claims that it didn’t punish these concerned. It has additionally agreed to have the case examined by an unbiased investigator.
