Watch: Passengers describe stabbing on Israel-bound airplane

A pilot on an Israel-bound Flydubai flight stabbed one other pilot and “apparently tried to crash the airplane”, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has mentioned.

The airplane was travelling from Dubai to Tel Aviv when it plummeted 17,000ft (5,200m) in lower than two minutes, earlier than being diverted to Saudi Arabia.

Eyewitnesses contained in the airplane described the second the incident occurred, with one man calling for assist in a video shared on social media.
