Italian chef Davide Tamburella was fired from a Brisbane restaurant in Could after the institution’s administration expressed issues a few string of complaints in regards to the chef’s behaviour.
Amongst them have been Tamburella’s refusal to supply ham and pineapple pizza for company at a perform.
It was the third time Tamburella had refused to make use of the fruit on pizzas prior to now 4 years.
On the time, the chef had acknowledged that placing pineapple on pizza was “offensive to his tradition”.
